Job summary

Interact Global is seeking a confident Sales Closer to join our Cost Estimation & Construction team in Lahore, working night shifts. You will convert qualified leads into paying clients and drive revenue by building relationships with US-based customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales, strong English, negotiation skills, and CRM experience, with the ability to work in US time zones and meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Experience in BPO, construction, cost estimation, or U.S. campaigns is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in U.S. time zone.
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, calls, and presentations with U.S.-based customers.
• Understand client requirements related to construction estimation services and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with estimation and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily/weekly sales performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
