Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Upwork Strategist / Bidder who has a proven track record of success on Upwork—someone who lives and breathes high-value software deals and can confidently lead our international sales strategy.


This is not a remote role. You’ll be working on-site at our Karachi office in North Nazimabad, collaborating closely with our development and marketing teams to win high-ticket web and mobile app development projects.



Key Responsibilities


  • Craft winning proposals for web development, custom software, and mobile app projects.

  • Strategize bidding to attract high-value clients across the US, UK, UAE, and EU markets.

  • Manage and optimize our Upwork profile(s) to maintain Top Rated / Top Rated Plus / Expert-Vetted status.

  • Follow up, negotiate, and close deals valued at $5,000+ consistently.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals that are both technically sound and client-focused.

  • Keep up with Upwork algorithm changes, trends, and buyer behaviors.



Must-Have Requirements


  • All applicants must present verifiable proof of Upwork success, including past contracts, earnings, and communication samples. These will be thoroughly reviewed during the interview process.
