Job summary

L’Oréal Pakistan is seeking a Unit Production Manager to lead our Lahore/Sheikhupura manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while coordinating large multi-shift teams.

You will drive maintenance programs, oversee equipment reliability, and partner with OEMs and technical teams. You will implement Lean/ TPM/ 5S to improve OEE, reduce waste and optimize production capacity. You will also manage CAPEX/OPEX and maintain financial discipline to support factory productivity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and production operations experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-shift production teams.
• Strong maintenance and equipment reliability experience.
• Background in Lean, TPM, or 5S to improve efficiency.
• Ability to manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and cost-saving initiatives.

A Day in the Life

As a Unit Production Manager, you will lead our manufacturing operations in Lahore/Sheikhupura, driving the factory toward new heights of operational excellence. You will be at the heart of our production, responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality while managing large, multi-shift teams.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Lead Production Operations: Steer end-to-end production to meet ambitious targets for service, quality, and cost, ensuring schedule attainment and operational stability across all manufacturing lines.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee equipment maintenance and asset reliability programs to reduce downtime and enhance performance, coordinating with OEMs and technical partners for critical support.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Implement operational excellence methodologies (like Lean, TPM, or 5S) to improve equipment efficiency (OEE), reduce waste, and optimize production capacity.
• Manage Performance & Budgets: Take charge of CAPEX and OPEX proposals, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure strict financial discipline while supporting overall factory productivity.

• Analytical & Financial Acumen: Skills in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and managing budgets like CAPEX/OPEX.
