Responsibilities

• Conduct title due diligence on UK property transactions with precision.
• Manage post-completion conveyancing and Land Registry submissions.
• Support UK-based solicitors and case handlers through the conveyancing lifecycle.
• Review and verify property documents for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain trackers and meet SLA deadlines for multiple files.
• Communicate status with UK law firm teams and clients.
