Job summary

ZAR Solutions, Karachi-based, is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft modern, conversion-focused experiences for web and mobile apps. You will drive UI/UX across products, from wireframes to polished designs, using Figma and a strong eye for usability.

The ideal candidate understands UI/UX principles, delivers responsive layouts, and collaborates with product managers and developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. On-site role in Karachi; portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Design professional web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, landing pages, and mobile apps using Figma.
• Create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, Prototypes, and High-Fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain reusable Design Systems, Components, Variants, Styles, and UI Libraries.
• Use Figma Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping effectively.
• Design responsive layouts for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend/Backend teams to ensure design-to-dev alignment.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design modern, intuitive, and conversion-focused digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should understand both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles and be capable of taking a product from initial concept and wireframes to polished, developer-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional web applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, landing pages, and mobile applications using Figma.
• Create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, Interactive Prototypes, and High-Fidelity UI Designs.
• Build and maintain reusable Design Systems, Components, Variants, Styles, and UI Libraries.
• Use Figma Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Constraints, Prototyping, and Dev Mode effectively.
• Design responsive layouts for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile.
• Conduct UX analysis and improve navigation, information architecture, usability, and user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and Backend/Engineering teams.
• Prepare organized and developer-friendly Figma files with proper spacing, typography, assets, states, and specifications.
• Create interfaces that follow modern SaaS, Web, Mobile, and Dashboard UI/UX standards.
• Maintain visual consistency across products and platforms.
• Review implemented interfaces and coordinate with developers to ensure design-to-development accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development limitations.
• Familiarity with Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, WCAG, and Accessibility principles.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, HRMS, dashboards, and complex business applications.
• Understanding of UX Research, Usability Testing, User Personas, and Customer Journey Mapping.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus.

Candidates should provide a Figma or portfolio link demonstrating web/mobile UI, design systems, responsive designs, prototypes, and complete product flows.
