Job summary

Leadersol is seeking a UI/UX Designer to take projects from wireframes to developer-ready UI for websites, stores and apps used worldwide.

You will design web and mobile interfaces in Figma, build design systems, prototype interactions, and hand off cleanly to engineering, all while upholding accessibility and responsive design.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of product/agency design experience with a strong portfolio.
• You are an expert with Figma including components, variants and auto-layout.
• You have solid grasp of typography, spacing, color and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile interfaces in Figma from flows to final UI.
• Build and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Prototype interactions and validate them with stakeholders.
• Prepare clean, annotated handoffs for engineering.
• Uphold accessibility and responsive standards in every design.
