Job summary

Psychera is looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer to own the design of its AI platform for mental health clinicians. You will translate complex clinical workflows into clear screens used during real patient care, from research and flows to polished UI and developer handoff.

You’ll design for web and mobile, build clickable prototypes, run usability sessions with clinicians, and help shape Psychera’s design system as the product grows. This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• 1+ years designing web or mobile products.
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout and prototyping.
• A solid grasp of interaction design, information hierarchy and visual design.
• Experience handing off production-ready designs to developers.
• Clear written and spoken English, especially for presenting and defending design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows for web and mobile, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
• Turn complex clinical workflows into simple, low-friction screens.
• Design for real clinical conditions: time pressure, interruptions and long sessions.
• Build clickable prototypes to test ideas before they reach engineering.
• Run usability sessions and interviews with clinicians and front-desk staff.
• Turn feedback and data into clear, prioritized design changes.
• Maintain and extend Psychera’s design system across web and mobile.
• Ensure accessibility: contrast, legibility, keyboard & screen-reader support.
• Prepare clean Figma files and specs covering states and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineers during build and review implemented screens.
• Support marketing with visuals for LinkedIn, website and product updates.

Psychera builds AI tools for mental health clinicians. The platform records and transcribes patient visits, drafts clinical notes, and gives clinicians AI-assisted chat and recommendations. In this role you’ll own the design of Psychera’s web and mobile apps, taking each piece from research and flows through to polished UI and developer handoff. You’ll work directly with engineers, product and practising clinicians, and help shape Psychera’s design system as the product grows.
