Key Responsibilities:- Craft user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications that delight our clients - Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business growth - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that showcase your creativity and expertise - Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products - Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation - Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user experience

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications based on client requirements
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for visual consistency
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and enhance user experience
• Gain practical experience in applying user‑centered design principles
• Improve skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Learn to interpret user research and translate it into actionable design improvements
