Job summary

Outrightllc in Islamabad is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to design websites, mobile apps, CRM interfaces, landing pages, and interactive tools. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio (web, mobile/app, landing pages, CRM or complex tools)
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals: information architecture, usability, accessibility (WCAG basics), and responsive design
• Comfortable collaborating in-office with cross-functional teams and communicating design decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and present work to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design: Discovery, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi UI, prototypes, and design specs in Figma
• Web & Mobile: Craft responsive website and mobile UI and patterns with accessibility and performance in mind
• Landing Pages: Design conversion-optimized pages (A/B test-ready) with clear messaging hierarchy and strong CTAs
• CRM/Dashboards: Create data-dense yet usable CRM modules, dashboards, and workflow screens
• Apps & Interactive Tools: Design interactive calculators, wizards, and component-driven UI for native/web apps
