• Familiarity with labeling best practices through prior experience in similar work environments 52:

• Importance of labeling only observable information and avoiding speculative or inferred content 54.
• Dynamic multi-review (DMR) workflows to increase label confidence 55.
• Taxonomy evolution and recognizing when common edge cases require refinement of existing labels 56.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prior experience interpreting user-reported issues 45.
• Ability to interpret user-reported bugs with varying levels of clarity and detail, and make consistent labeling decisions based on pre-defined issue categories 46.
• Ability to execute labeling protocols and differentiate between different types of bug reports and user feedback 47.
• Familiarity with common categories of software issues (e.g., crashes, freezes, rendering issues, latency) 48.
• Understanding of basic mobile vs. web distinctions or platform-specific terminology 49.
• Familiarity with label tooling or annotation user interfaces 50.
