Qualifications

• Prior experience in U. S. truck dispatch (preferred but not required).
• 6 months Truck Dispatch Experience.
• Freshers with call center experience can apply.

• Book loads via load boards and broker contacts.
• Coordinate and schedule drivers.
• Maintain communication with drivers throughout their routes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and carriers.
• Handle paperwork and ensure accurate data entry.
