Job summary

Clearpathortho in Lahore, Pakistan, invites a Fresh to Mid-level professional to join Treatment Planning, full-time. You will perform digital setup and stepping for aligner cases, work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning, and ensure high-quality results within turnaround targets.

You''ll coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams, and rotate through Morning/Evening/Night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or dental technologist background.
• Analytical and pattern-recognition skills required.
• Proficient with digital design tools for dental workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital setup and stepping for aligner cases per standard protocols.
• Work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging.
• Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models.

Responsibilities:

• Perform digital Setup and Stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases as per standard protocols
• Work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging
• Identify and correct pattern errors and subtle visual discrepancies in 3D models
• Maintain case quality, accuracy, and turnaround time
• Coordinate with Quality and Clinical teams

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s Degree (in any discipline)/ Dental Technologist - Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good analytical and logical thinking ability
• Ability to recognize patterns and subtle visual differences
• Good computer literacy and confidence working with digital tools (Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer, AutoCAD or similar)
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night) and Rotational Offs - Mandatory
