Job summary

ClearPath Institute in Lahore is seeking a Treatment Planning Setup & Stepping Operator at fresh-mid level. You will perform digital Setup and Stepping for B2B and D2C aligner cases per standard protocols, work on 3D scans, tooth movement planning and staging, and ensure quality and timely turnaround.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) or Dental Technologist; fresh graduates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Ability to recognize patterns and subtle visual differences.
• Proficiency with digital tools (Exocad, 3Shape, Blender, Meshmixer, AutoCAD or similar).
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) and Rotational Offs.
