Job summary

Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to drive a core banking transformation program. You will develop delivery plans, coordinate with engineering, EA, and operations teams, and ensure milestones are met through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 7+ years in banking and project/technology management, with PMP desirability and strong communication to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Computer science or a qualitative subject.
• PMP or a Project / Delivery Management Certification desirable.
• An overall 7+ years of increasing experience in Banking, Project Management, Technology Management in a leading bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan / WBS for assigned delivery bucket, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones in coordination with leads.
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Establish communication channels and protocols to facilitate collaboration.
• Understand technical aspects of the core banking transformation domain and assist stakeholders in achieving milestones.
• Act as liaison among Treasury Front/Middle/Back Office, vendor teams, and IT infrastructure to ensure alignment with designs and minimize customization.
