Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. in Lahore invites a qualified store operations professional to join our team.

You will oversee daily department rounds, assign tasks to store staff, and ensure accurate stock handling and expiry checks throughout the shift. The position requires 4–6 years of experience in a similar role, with responsibilities including FIFO, QA reporting, system entries, staff roaster updates, daily QA, receiving and ordering, returns, and close coordination with HO to align on pricing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience preferably in same or relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Daily Department Round, Assigned tasks to Store staff
• Expiry check, stock correction
• Working on the schedule
• Railcard and price check
• FIFO Check.
• Coordination with ALC EDP regarding printing and generate new Barcodes
• Repacking, internal consumption ,quality checking
• Staff training, staff roaster up date
• Working on Daily QA report, inventory
• System up dates
• Receiving and ordering, returns
• Verification of System Entries
• Attend daily Meeting
• Communication with HO and Store Management.
• Supervise staff in carrying out tasks
• Monitor and control staff performance
