Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Pakistan is seeking a Virtual Assistant for the Travel Desk to support travel bookings, customer support and operational tasks for the Dream Vacation project.

You will handle quotes, reservations, fare updates, and inquiries by email, phone, and live chat, with sessions in US time zones; the role is full-time onsite from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, offering growth and hands-on experience in travel operations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of travel operations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quotation processing for travel packages.
• After learning the process, do the full quotation by yourself.
• Handle new reservation processing for flights, hotels, and cruises.
• Manage modification requests and customer calls.
• Support group booking coordination.
• Perform data entry in the Cruise Control System.
• Conduct fare monitoring and update pricing information.
• Assist with ancillary travel arrangements (flights, hotels, add-ons).
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Maintain and update travel itineraries accurately.
• Support basic marketing content development.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in CRM/Excel.
• Perform general administrative and coordination tasks.
