INTECH Automation Intelligence invites applications for a Trainee Talent Acquisition role in Lahore. You will assist in full-cycle recruitment, support sourcing, interviewing coordination, and onboarding tasks while learning basic recruitment strategies to attract and evaluate candidates.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate to 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Projects or internships in HR will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Lahore-based candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, supporting sourcing activities, scheduling interviews, and onboarding tasks.
• Support in developing and implementing basic recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies when needed and maintain communication records.
• Help gather and analyze candidate and stakeholder feedback to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Stay informed about basic industry trends and best practices in technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and guiding applicants through each stage.
• Support senior team in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
