Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Trainee E&I Engineer to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team on a contractual, junior basis. You will assist in reviewing client requirements, preparing simple E&I documents, and supporting design, testing, and commissioning activities for modular skid packages and control panels.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with basic knowledge of electrical and instrument systems, familiarity with WHCP, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation systems.
• Familiarity with WHCP systems will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of international standards such as API, IEC, and ISO.
• Understanding of control and safety systems, including PLC and SIL concepts, is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and work on engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Help review basic client requirements for E&I work.
• Assist in preparing simple E&I documents and datasheets.
• Support senior engineers in design, testing, and commissioning.
• Help with basic electrical and instrument calculations.
• Assist in checking drawings, cable schedules, and loop diagrams.
• Support vendor follow-ups and timely document submission.
