Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated Trainee Process Engineer to join our Wellhead and Skids Solutions team on a contractual, junior basis. The role focuses on supporting modular skid packages, wellhead control panels, and pressure regulation systems, with exposure to oil & gas and utilities projects.

You will assist in PFDs/P&IDs, datasheets, and basic process design while supporting sizing, hydraulic calculations, and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of process equipment and control valves.
• Knowledge of PRV/PSV sizing is a plus.
• Familiarity with thermodynamics, fluid flow, heat transfer.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and basic process design documents.
• Support equipment sizing, line sizing, and simple hydraulic calculations.
• Help with design activities for process skids and equipment.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP meetings, and safety studies.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and project departments.
• Support in technical reports, proposals, tenders, and site visits.
