Job summary

Ain Finance is a Dubai based accounting and tax firm seeking a proactive Tele Sales Specialist for our Karachi office. You will make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, book meetings, and support the sales process in collaboration with sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities include presenting services (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Audit, Company Formation), handling inquiries, and maintaining CRM records while aiming to hit weekly and monthly targets; full-time onsite role in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven tele sales or outbound sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role overview

We are looking for proactive Tele sales Specialist to join our Karachi office. You'll make outbound calls to prospects, qualify leads, book meetings, and support the sales process – working closely with our sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to target prospects and follow up on leads.
• Qualify leads, record activity in the CRM.
• Present Ain Finance services clearly and professionally (Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, Audit, Company Formation).
• Handle client enquiries and provide accurate information or elevate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Work towards weekly and monthly sales/activity targets.

Must-have qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Proven tele sales or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working fulltime onsite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Strong advantage/preferred

• Prior experience working in accounting, tax, audit or a professional services firm.
• Practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax rules (even at a basic/working level).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.
