Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing.
• Experience as Technician or Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, switches, sockets, lights, wiring, and related equipment.
• Handle basic plumbing work, including water supply, drainage, taps, washrooms, pipes, leakages, and related fixtures.
• Operate, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of generators and electrical backup systems.
• Identify and resolve general technical and maintenance issues within the office premises.
• Carry out minor HVAC/air-conditioning related checks and coordinate with specialized technicians when required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and disruptions.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, repairs, faults, and required spare parts.

About the Role

ACME ONE is looking for a Technician responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's electrical, plumbing, generator, and other facility-related systems. The role will ensure that office infrastructure and essential equipment remain safe, functional, and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, switches, sockets, lights, wiring, and related equipment.
• Handle basic plumbing work, including water supply, drainage, taps, washrooms, pipes, leakages, and related fixtures.
• Operate, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of generators, including checking fuel, oil, battery, coolant, and other basic operating requirements.
• Identify and resolve general technical and maintenance issues within the office premises.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of UPS, electrical backup systems, pumps, and other facility equipment.
• Carry out minor HVAC/air-conditioning related checks and coordinate with specialized technicians when required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Respond promptly to electrical, plumbing, generator, and other maintenance-related complaints.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, repairs, faults, and required spare parts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and specialized technicians for major repairs or technical issues.
• Monitor the condition of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies and report requirements to management.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable safety practices.
• Assist with office shifting, installations, furniture/equipment setup, and other facility-related technical work when required.
• Perform other maintenance and technical duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma, technical certification, or relevant qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience as a Technician, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, or similar role.
• Practical experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Experience operating and maintaining generators and electrical backup systems.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, UPS, pumps, and other building/facility systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of basic workplace safety procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
