Job summary

Attors Technologies is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to enhance search and AI visibility for client websites in the US, UK, and Europe. You will audit sites, plan fixes with developers, protect rankings during migrations, and report results clearly.

This on-site, full-time role is based in Gujrat. You will work closely with senior engineers and the founders to implement technical recommendations, optimize schema, and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Run technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• Write clear technical recommendations and work with developers to implement and verify them.
• Plan and support website migrations and redesigns, including URL mapping, redirects and post-launch monitoring.
• Implement and validate schema markup for services, articles, products, organisations and local businesses.
• Monitor Google Search Console and analytics, diagnose drops in traffic or indexing, and recommend fixes.
• Improve visibility in AI search features, including Google AI Overviews, through content structure and entity clarity.
• Carry out keyword research and on-page optimisation in collaboration with our content team.
• Prepare monthly reports that explain results and next steps in plain language for clients.

You will audit websites, plan technical fixes with our developers, protect rankings during migrations, and report clearly on results.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical focus.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and a crawler such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
• Experience implementing and testing structured data (JSON-LD).
• Experience with WordPress SEO, and familiarity with Shopify or headless websites.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to developers and to non-technical clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush or similar SEO platforms.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Basic Python or spreadsheet automation for large-scale SEO analysis.
