The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in industrial sales, strong knowledge of HVAC, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Grand Engineering Solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Person for Industrial and Commercial Fans department. Candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to project execution.

This role requires strong technical understanding, particularly in HVAC, ventilation systems, or mechanical equipment, along with the ability to interpret drawings and customize fan layouts using AutoCAD. The position demands a self‑motivated professional who can combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to deliver practical and effective solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets in the industrial and commercial fans segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and consultants.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of fans at client sites.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to design and customize fan layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Understand project requirements and propose suitable ventilation or air‑movement solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports.
