Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/SE or related field.
6–7 years of customer-facing consulting, software support, implementation, or related experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% as required.

Responsibilities

Provide post-go-live support for NCR software solutions and ensure system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and technical issues promptly.
Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into configurations.
Configure, customize, and optimize NCR products to meet operational needs.
Act as a trusted technical contact for assigned customers.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges.
Document requirements, designs, configurations, and support activities.
