Responsibilities

• Lead developers and ensure project completion.
• Provide technical assistance and direction (without needing to code extensively).
• Ensure tasks are on track through ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.
• Be available throughout the day to support developers.
• Support both no-code and hard-code projects while guiding developers.

Requirements / Qualifications

• No-Code Development, Automation on n8n and Make.
• Must know how to technically lead and oversee a project and assist developers if needed.
• No need to code, just ensure proper project completion and lend expertise.
• Must be available whenever needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Rs25,000 – 35,000 per month + performance bonus + regular increments.
