Job summary

Elevate Revenue Group in Gulberg III, Lahore, is seeking a Team Lead for a medical billing and AR team to drive performance on US healthcare RCM accounts.

You will lead, coach, review, and report results to management, owning quality and productivity while handling escalations. Onsite night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday, weekends off.

• Proven billing/AR leaders with U.S. RCM experience.
• Structured training and a clear growth path into senior AR, QA and Team Lead roles.
