Job summary

Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to proactively establish, develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients requiring routine relationship services to generate revenue.

You will work with Credit Risk Management to ensure credit requests comply with policies and regulations while expanding client relationships with tailored banking products and services. The role emphasizes driving revenue through strong client coverage, cross-functional collaboration,

• Work with Credit Risk Management to prepare credit requests per policy and guidelines.
• Help maximize products and services for middle-market corporate clients and provide financial advice.
• Identify and establish new corporate client relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Enhance customer relationships through referrals and partnerships with internal teams.
• Execute team plans in line with Corporate Banking strategy.
• Market the bank's products to major clients and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate the team, ensuring high-quality client reporting and audit readiness.

Job description

Establish, develop and maintain pro-actively a team portfolio of Corporate Clients who require routine relationship services in order to generate revenue for the Bank through managing the Corporate Clients relationships professionally subjectonly to broad guidance and direction on orientation from Company's policies,but with attendant credit responsibility and accountability. Markets to large existing and potential clients the full complement of products and services offered by the Company.

Main Duties & Responisbilities:

• Work in close partnership with Credit Risk Management of the company to ensure that the credit requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
• Support the team to maximize the products and benefits from the middle market corporate clients, by providing them with tailor-made bankingproducts & services, and offering them with professional financial advice
• Identify and establish new corporate clientrelationships for the bank, endeavourto develop strong clientele; maintain and deepen the account relationship with the existing clients
• Focus on enhancing customerrelationships through referrals.
• Collaborates with other internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions to customer’s financial needs.
• Execute team plans in accordance with the Corporate Banking strategy
• Actively market the bank's products and services to major clients;strong corporate bankingproduct knowledge.
• Provide the team with strong supportby coaching and motivation.
• Review, modifyand approve Relationship Manager's credit proposals
• Monitor and upkeep the high creditquality of the existing client accounts
• Ensure that all team related administrative functions, including file maintenance, regular stock inspections, call reports, site reports, are performed frequently thereby adhering to the internal, external audit policies and regulations resulting in satisfactory audit ratings.
• Ensure audit controls are followed to protect the Company from unnecessary risk and exposure.
• Perform additional job related dutiesas assigned or required.
• Uphold confidentiality and customer privacyin all situations
• Closely monitor the performance of accounts within portfolio to detect and communicate early warning signals through frequent customer meetings/market feedback/ relationship manager meetings in order to achieve higher levels of portfolio credit/asset quality.
• Ensure that all team related administrative functions, including file maintenance, regularstock inspections, call reports, periodic appraisals are performed frequently thereby adhering to the internal, external audit policies and regulations resulting in satisfactory audit ratings.
• Supervise the accumulation of accurate reporting of financial, performance, and regulatory data, ensuring timely delivery of clients.
• Work on CBG projects, either as an initiative or a defined part of a business change programme to deliver defined objectives.
