Essential skills & Attributes:

• Experience in managing calibration personnel
• Calibration Lab Assets management.
• Increase throughput of calibration department.
• Develop a master list of all calibration equipment necessary for standard calibration station.
• Perform random audits of finished goods.
• Using Windows, word processing, spreadsheet and database software, MS – PowerPoint, Calibration workflow software etc.
• Preparation and review calibration reports and certificates
• Metrology laboratory practices and calibration data collection, familiarity of RIG calibration, Energy Meter calibration, CT/VT Electrical Testing etc. – is also essential.
• Answering customer’s technical queries and ability to device calibration process for new customer requirements. Monitor Sales, develop new services, product to constantly bring revenue growth
• Constantly evaluate internal processes to reduce cost
• Develop and implement SOPs as ISO 17025 guidelines for calibration activities and record keeping.
• Developing and writing technical procedures.
• Workflow/priority management.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise calibration department staff. Planning, organizing, and monitoring calibration assignments and ensuring work expectations for scope, schedule, cost, and responsiveness.
• Coordinate the training of technical staff.
• Employee Performance Evaluations.
• Monitor daily attendance, activities, Sales & billing to ensure target commitment.
• Workflow/priority management.
