Ideal candidate has MBA in HRM or related Masters, 1 year HR/payroll/rewards experience, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication, team spirit, and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field from an HEC recognized university.
• 1 year of experience in HR/Rewards/Payroll.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on Compensation & Benefits projects for local and multinational clients.
• Be part of the Talent Analytics Team within Human Capital Solutions at Abacus.
