COLSA Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a TAK Development and Integration Engineer to design, develop, and integrate TAK software with Java and Python, delivering full-stack solutions for government customers. You will configure developer environments with Git, Linux, and Docker, collaborate with end users, and create documentation and training materials.

U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting system integration efforts.
• Experience developing software applications using Java and Python.
• Experience configuring and maintaining development environments, including Git-based version control, Linux, and Docker.
• Frontend development experience with responsive interfaces.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating custom interfaces or plugins.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Protobuf.
• Proficient with XML-based messaging protocols.
• Active Secret Security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, tests, and implements TAK software using Java and Python.
• Performs full stack TAK development to support operational needs and government customer requirements.
• Designs, develops, and implements interfaces for TAKX.
• Supports integration of TAK software with existing systems and technologies.
• Analyses user requirements and collaborates to troubleshoot software issues.
• Configures and maintains development environments with Git, Linux, and Docker.
• Document and train users; develop guides for new or existing software.
