The Supervisor Key Holder is a support role in running our retail stores efficiently. The Supervisor Key Holder supports the Store Manager in all operations and sales management functions, ensures the sales team meets goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction, assists with store replenishment, marketing and promotional changes per company directives, and supports training of sales associates.
