Role Description

The Student Counsellor UK role at Global Aspirations is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan. The role involves advising students on suitable UK universities and courses, explaining admissions requirements, and guiding them through application and document preparation. The Student Counsellor will conduct counseling sessions, assess academic and career goals, and provide information on English language tests, scholarships, and financial planning. Daily responsibilities include responding to student inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with colleagues in UK and international offices, and supporting visa and pre-departure processes. The role also requires delivering excellent customer service, organising information sessions or workshops, and ensuring students receive clear, timely, and accurate guidance throughout their study abroad journey.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners on academic pathways and UK study options.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, for counseling sessions, presentations, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide a positive experience for students and families.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge, ideally with familiarity with UK higher education systems, admission processes, and study abroad pathways.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, Business, or related field); prior experience in student advisory, international education, or counseling is highly beneficial.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and communication software tools.
