Position: Student Counsellor

Location: Bangladesh (Sylhet, Dhaka, Moulvibazar & Chattogram), Pakistan (Karachi & Lahore), Nigeria (Lagos & Abuja), Ghana, Nepal, India, Morocco, and Iran

Employment Type: Full-time

As a student counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring international students. Your main responsibility will be to guide them through every stage, from course selection and application to visa documentation, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to students on study options in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Help students select the right university and program according to their academic and career goals.
• Offer detailed guidance on the visa process, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Communicate with students via email, phone, and in-person appointments.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international education systems and embassy requirements.
• Collaborate with the Compliance, Application, and Digital Marketing teams to streamline operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum one year of counselling or education experience required. New graduates can apply.
• Knowledge of university admissions and visa processes for major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe) required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
