Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Pakistan seeks a Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager (PL & CR) to lead and coordinate planning, inventory analysis, transportation, and logistics across CPS Pakistan. You will interface with OU, Bottler, Plant functions and Shared Services to ensure uninterrupted beverage base supply and achieve plant KPIs.

You will set BP targets, drive strategies for PL&CR, manage procurement and production planning, and guide a multi-skilled team while ensuring GMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA/MS in SCM preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain management.
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing change.
• Strong English and local-language communication.
• Experience with GMP, safety rules and conduct guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and annual BP for PL&CR within CPS Plant.
• Lead planning, logistics, and inventory management to ensure timely supply.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with OU/Bottlers and Shared Services for supply continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement and productivity.
