Responsibilities

• Lead generation and PR activities.
• Target professionals and clients interested in buying offices, apartments, retail and commercial spaces.
• Meet deal execution timelines.
• Evaluate and assess exposure to new relationships.
• Participate in strategic decisions regarding changing, updating and commercial plans.
• Offer cross-sale options for potential buyers.
• Evaluate business demand for real estate uses.
• Identify opportunities to add corporate value via real estate assets and solutions.
• Provide improvised solutions for potential buyers and analyze competitors.
• Focus on achieving new business goals as directed by the Line Commercial Director.
