Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Project Planner to join the Project Monitoring and Control team. You will oversee scheduling for complex Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing projects, using Primavera P6 and MS Project to align with milestones and execution strategy.

You will develop progress measurement, support EVM with SPI/CPI analysis, and deliver weekly/monthly controls reports and Power BI dashboards to provide management with clear performance visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project planning and scheduling in large industrial projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to develop progress measurement methodologies for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and schedule/cost variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, aligned with milestones and execution strategy.
• Perform schedule analysis and forecasting including milestone variance, float analysis, forecast completion dates, and schedule trends.
• Develop progress measurement methodologies for engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support development of resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules, manpower planning, and workload forecasting.
• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly project controls reports with progress, milestones, risks, and recovery actions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports to provide management with visibility of project performance and trends.
