You will manage vendor relationships, maintain supplier data, and monitor inventories to support company standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Strong vendor sourcing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Look for potential suppliers/vendors of goods and services.
• Draft plans for the acquisition of supplies, services, and equipment.
• Analyze and bargain vendor agreements and negotiate terms and price.
• Maintain procurement records and inventory management.
• Monitor inventories and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Follow orders to ensure prompt delivery.
• Enter order information into internal databases.
• Update supplier information such as delivery schedules and product lines.
• Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Examine invoices to verify delivered products are accurate.
