Job summary

Telenor Shared Services Pakistan is seeking a Legal Manager/Consultant to independently manage and advise on all legal matters with hands-on expertise and strong business partnering. This role requires on-site presence and the ability to provide timely, practical, compliant legal support.

You will advise on corporate, employment, commercial, and regulatory matters and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years of post-qualification practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory & compliance across corporate, employment, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, NDAs and legal notices; assess contractual risk and include mitigation clauses.
• Handle external and internal legal communications; liaise with external counsel, regulators and third parties; support audits with legal inputs.
