Job summary

Ipas Pakistan seeks a senior HR & Operations Manager to lead the human resources function and oversee core operational support functions, including procurement, IT, and administration. The role partners with the Country Director and SMT to deliver strategic, evidence-based people management and ensure compliant, efficient country-office operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, with HR management/advisory focus.
• Experience overseeing procurement and administrative processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead country HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, learning and development, and performance management.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local laws and donor requirements, and align with global People & Culture approaches.
• Provide oversight of procurement, IT and administration to support compliant, efficient country-office operations.
• Promote gender diversity, safeguarding, staff wellbeing and safe workplace practices.
