Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive corporate sales, growth and strategic partnerships for our hospitality operations in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of experience with international hotel brands and a strong network in corporate, travel and hospitality sectors.

You will lead sales strategies, secure new accounts, manage key relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales/business development experience in international hotel chains.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems/CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel and manage key accounts across Islamabad and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue and targets.
• Identify and secure new corporate accounts, government contracts, travel agents, and partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations.
• Negotiate corporate agreements and terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Reservations to ensure guest experiences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and revenue analysis.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
