Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits across financial controls, operations, compliance, and information systems using data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other standards by designing and testing internal controls and improvements.
• Oversee enterprise risk management activities and advise senior management on risk exposure.
• Prepare and present audit reports to the audit committee and executive management.
• Utilize audit software such as AuditBoard or HighBond to streamline processes and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement within the audit function and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes to update audit programs and policies.
