Job summary

Rafhanmaize in Punjab, Pakistan is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Lead to establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The role focuses on identifying waste, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects with vendors to deliver measurable ROI.

You will analyze processes, mentor teams, maintain project documentation, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Degree B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering, preferably Chemical
• Experience of at least 5-7 years in continuous improvement within manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis – identify optimization opportunities for efficiency and waste reduction
• Data Collection & Analysis – gather data to measure performance and ROI
• Problem Solving – apply Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen to address challenges
• Project Management – plan, coordinate and execute improvement projects with vendors
• Performance Monitoring – track impact of initiatives and adjust as needed
• Training & Coaching – educate employees on CI methodologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with multiple departments to gain buy-in
• Documentation & Monitoring – maintain records and report progress including ROI to management
