The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, 6–8 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Hands-on bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of taxation, tax returns, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or Xero.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, accounting operations, and financial records for accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and record transactions accurately.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Manage tax returns, filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables to maintain control.
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closings and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain documentation to support audits.
• Conduct financial analysis and monitor budget performance.
• Identify discrepancies, assess risks, and suggest process improvements.
