Qualifications

• Must maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify bills, receivables, invoices, vouchers, payables, bank transactions, and assisting documents for correctness and compliance.
• Maintain cash and bank records and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Verify GL, advances, and stock records; manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and related reports).
• Cooperate with related departments to gather, verify, and reconcile financial data.
