Job summary

NIC Lahore is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join onsite in Lahore. You will serve as the visual lead for the incubator and our startup cohorts, translating complex concepts into high-end visual identities and brand systems.

You will collaborate with management to mentor the broader community, drive branding for emerging ventures, and work closely with PR/Marketing to ensure narrative consistency and visual excellence. Portfolio showcasing branding and typography is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of Experience in professional design work, ideally within tech or startup space.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced typography, layout skills, and cohesive brand systems.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Brand Identity: Lead and evolve the visual identity for NIC Lahore across all touchpoints.
• Startup Branding: Create pitch decks, logos, and full brand systems for cohort startups.
• Social & Digital Strategy: Design graphics for social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Event Collateral: Produce assets for workshops, demo days, and events.
• Collaboration: Align with PR/Marketing for narrative consistency and visuals.
