We'd love to welcome a Senior AI/ML Engineer to our growing Data & AI team. You'll partner directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and ship production machine learning systems that solve real business challenges.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll build systems that run in production, work with real data at scale, and collaborate with engineering teams to bring ML into existing architectures. We love pragmatic solutions that actually ship.
You'll have real ownership over technical decisions and the chance to shape how we approach AI across the company. We're a small, fast‑moving team where your work makes a visible difference from day one.
What your days will look like
- Design and build end‑to‑end ML pipelines for enterprise clients — from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
- Ship LLM‑powered applications, including RAG systems, AI agents, and custom fine‑tuned models
- Partner with client engineering teams to bring ML into their existing infrastructure
- Run technical discovery sessions and turn business problems into practical ML solutions
- Help junior engineers grow while shaping our internal ML tooling and practices
- Explore the fast‑moving AI landscape and bring fresh ideas back to the team
You might be a great fit if you…
- Have been building software for 5+ years and spent a good chunk of that time deep in ML/AI
- Feel at home in Python and have hands‑on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn
- Have shipped LLM‑powered features to production using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or vector databases
- Know your way around deploying ML models on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Have a solid grasp of ML fundamentals — feature engineering, model evaluation, and the gotchas that come with real‑world data
- Enjoy explaining complex ideas in simple terms — you'll be working directly with clients who value clarity
Bonus points (but not required!)
- You've worked with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
- You've been in consulting or client‑facing technical roles before
- You've explored computer vision or NLP beyond just LLMs
- You've contributed to open source ML projects or love writing about tech
Tools you'll work with
We respect your time and want this to feel like a real conversation, not an interrogation. Here's what to expect:
- Let’s chat: a relaxed 30‑minute call where we get to know each other. We’ll share what we're building and hear about what excites you.
- A 60‑minute session to share stories about projects you've worked on. Ask our engineers anything — seriously, anything.
- Build something together: we'll tackle a real problem as a team. No gotchas, no trick questions — just a chance to see how we work together.
- Meet your future teammates: hang out with the folks you'd be working with day‑to‑day. See if we're the right crew for you.
