Creative Chaos is seeking a Manager of BI and Analytics to lead our BI and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will translate data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

You will guide data modeling, dashboards, and reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and manage BI tool procurement while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, CS or related; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in BI/analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Strong SQL, Python or R, and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI and Analytics team in data-driven strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the BI and Analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data sources, design data models, and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights to support business initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of BI tools and technologies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of business operations and strategic planning in a corporate environment.
