Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan content calendars, campaign ideas, and storytelling concepts.
• Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to guide content direction.

Content Writing & Editing

• Write high‑quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, ads, and landing pages.
• Create compelling narratives for branding, corporate communication, and marketing materials.
• Craft engaging scripts for short videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content produced by junior writers or freelancers.

SEO & Website Content

• Develop SEO‑optimised content using keyword research tools.
• Collaborate with SEO teams to create ranking‑focused articles and landing pages.
• Write meta titles, descriptions, and structured content for web pages.

Social Media Writing

• Produce scroll‑stopping captions, hooks, and storytelling content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ensure tone and voice remain consistent across all platforms.

Branding & Corporate Communication

• Write brand stories, taglines, mission statements, and business communication.
• Prepare PR copies, announcements, newsletters, and internal communication.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead junior writers and ensure content quality.
• Work closely with designers to align visuals with copy.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and creative teams for campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
