Job summary

Neurolux International is seeking a Speech Therapist to support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.

You will conduct assessments for ages 2–16, develop and deliver individualised therapy plans with the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate progress records. Regular supervision and CPD support are provided on a purpose-built campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech Therapy from an HEC-recognised institution (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children aged 2–16.
• Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely session records and progress reports.
• Communicate progress and strategies with families in plain, supportive language.
• Contribute to parent-training sessions and group programs where appropriate.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from an HEC-recognised institution (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and related conditions is an advantage
• Strong assessment, documentation, treatment planning, and individualised therapy planning skills
