Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor in Management/Business/Finance (certification preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; telco exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI for MDM reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze Fusion reports to identify data quality issues and support resolution.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of master data quality concepts and AI-enabled MDM solutions.

What is Specialist Master Data Management?

Analyst MDM will be responsible for management of data elements, be responsible for analytics and performance reporting for MDM and data processing through systems used by the MDM team, support team in digitalization and transformation initiatives.

The role reports directly to the Manager MDM and with no direct reports in the MDM team.

What does Specialist Master Data Management Do?

• Creation, modification, implementation and maintenance of master data that enable users to optimize system capabilities.
• Analyze and enrich master data elements and optimize the flow of data between users and stakeholders.
• Ensuring data governance and integrity
• Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes.
• MDM reporting and data analytics
• Data cleansing and enrichment of master data elements
• Support process improvement and automation
• Coordinate and align all new development and reporting with relevant stakeholders
• Support team in effective utilization and further development of Oracle Module
• Identify, evaluate and implement practical AI use cases for VMD and Item Master Data, including duplicate detection, data classification, attribute validation, data quality monitoring, anomaly detection and intelligent reporting, while ensuring appropriate data governance and human oversight.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT system upgrades, patches, and new deployments impacting MDM processes
• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with IT governance policies for master data
• Coordinate with the PMO to track progress, milestones, and deliverables of MDM-related projects and initiatives
• Prepare and share project status updates, dashboards, and reports with the PMO for governance reviews
• Support PMO in risk identification, mitigation planning, and change management for data-related projects

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Management/Business/Finance, certification.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience. Telco experience will be an add on.
• Hands on experience of using Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion OTBI for MDM reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze Fusion reports and data to identify data quality issues and support resolution.
• Strong Communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Understanding of master data quality concepts and the ability to use analytics/AI to identify duplicates, anomalies, missing or inconsistent vendor and item data.
• Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, data analytics or automation tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled MDM solutions.
